Support address: support@fatetracker.com. Support is by email only, in English, Monday to Friday, Eastern Time. Include your order number, your Windows version, what you did, what you expected and what happened. Screenshots help once you hide private information. Never include your safety PIN, your Recovery Card or your project’s contents.
What support covers
Decided by the software provider on 2026-09-06 and 2026-09-07:
- Downloading and installing Fate Tracker
- Purchase and delivery problems
- The documented protection and separate-folder recovery workflows
- Faults in Fate Tracker that can be reproduced
What support does not cover
- Writing, designing or debugging your game
- Programming lessons
- Operating Unity, Godot, Unreal or another game engine for you
- Reconstructing work that was never contained in a completed safe copy
- Bypassing Windows security, the safety PIN or the Recovery Card
- Telephone calls, live chat, screen sharing or remote-desktop sessions
- Building or maintaining custom integrations with AI assistants or other software (reporting a defect in an advertised feature is still covered)
Response target: a first reply within three business days. That is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.
Support records: ordinary closed correspondence is kept for 24 months, then reviewed for deletion each quarter; records needed for an unresolved dispute or required recordkeeping may be kept longer. Nothing is deleted automatically.
Where to look first
- Your questions, answered — uploads, storage, AI limits, recovery, and the safety PIN
- System requirements — what the application needs to run
- Known limitations — what this release does not do yet
- The plain-language guide installed beside the application
Two things support will never ask for
- Your safety PIN
- Your Recovery Card words or digits
Nobody needs them to help you, and support cannot use them: if both the PIN and the Recovery Card are lost, Fate Tracker cannot unlock or reset the protected owner controls, and support cannot bypass this remotely. Your game and your saved copies remain ordinary readable folders. Treat any request for either as a warning sign, wherever it comes from.
